Meet Your Practitioner

Meet Sally, Your local New Forest Osteopath, Clinical Lead and founder.

From an early age, sport and fitness played a big part in her life. Sally succumbed to a serious hip injury likely from over training which put paid to pursuing a career in the RAF. Sally has worked within the health and fitness industry for over 15years having started off working in her local gym as a personal trainer to then study sports massage therapy from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage in 2009. Furthermore, still having a strong desire to learn more about human structure and function and went on to complete a 5-year degree in Osteopathy.
Why I do what I do: After experiencing a serious injury as a late teen I realised how important my recovery team was to get me back mobile and to this day holding off further surgery. It is likely I will need a hip replacement in the near future. This recovery and maintenance process is so important to allow me to continue moving daily and almost pain free! I want to be able to pass this on to others. My sole aim is to keep you moving freely with reduced pain than where you started. Therefore, you can carry on with the activities you enjoy- Running, Sailing, Gardening, Cycling, Bowls, playing musical instruments and many more.
